Virtually all Residential properties placed on the market sale now require a HIP and an EPC
Virtually all residential properties require a HIP when they are placed on the market for sale, (from the 14th of December). UKES with it's national panel of Home Inspectors and Energy Assessors is well placed to serve this market.
